This course gives an update on Anticoagulation management. It provides information on recent guidelines, INRStar management, Coaguchek and also has case scenarios to learn from. It is for HCAs, nurses, pharmacists and doctors. It also gives an opportunity for Health Care Professionals to ask any problems they are currently facing.
A secondary care consultant will be available to explain where it is appropriate to refer to hospitals.
The course will be led by Dr Subo Emanuel, a GP who has been delivering these courses in Surrey and Sussex for the last 10 years, as well as by a Practice Nurse.
